If you are unable to access our demos, your LAN's router is probably blocking access to our Cloud-based Portals, through which our video flows and which provide our user interface and Image Timelines. Please access our demos via a cellular Internet connection or a 'guest' WiFi connection, or ask your IT people to unblock access to our Portals. Our viewing software runs natively in Chrome and some other browsers. It does not require installation of any software or plugins when you use the Chrome browser on PC's, MAC's and most mobile devices. BSSI-7 live demo views RT25, a two-lane highway in Monroe, CT The BSSI-7 demo system, The Ghost, has a 35 to 85 mm motorized zoom lens with autofocus, motorized PTZ, a motorized IR-cut filter, a digitally controlled iris, and a wired Internet connection. The entrance to the nursery across the street, on RT25, is about 350 feet from the Covert Camera System, and is being viewed from the roof of a 2-story building near the top of a small hill. For the most functionality, use the Chrome browser on a PC. The low data rate, monitoring stream, has 960x540 resolution @ 10 fps in daylight, 3 fps in low light, and 512 Kbps to 768 Kbps in daylight. It is available both live and recorded, and is used to make the Rapid Review / Integrated Time-lapse video. The much sharper, evidentiary stream, has 1920x1080 resolution @ 10 fps in daylight, 3 fps in low light, and 2 - 3 Mbps in daylight. It has much less compression and thus a much higher data rate than the monitoring stream, especially with motion, and is available recorded. |
